Are compatible cartridges as good as OEM ones?
Our cartridges are guaranteed to be 100% compatible.  We select our manufacturers carefully to ensure that products we sell are of highest quality.  All manufacturing plants must be ISO certified.

How do I place an order and know which cartridges are good for my printer?
You can choose your printer from list in our menu.  Next choose your printer model number.  Once there, just add cartridges to cart by clicking on "ADD TO CART" icon.  Proceed to checkout once all desired items have been added.

What if I can't find my printer listed?
Use our search request form and we will find supplies needed.

Why don't you accept phone orders?
In order to accommodate such feature we would have to pay for tool free line, phone system and people to operate it.  This would highly increase our overhead costs not allowing us to sell cartridges at super low prices.  Our shopping system is 100% internet based.
