Should there be need for replacement please follow these easy steps
below to receive replacement or refund.
All questions regarding low quality or defective merchandise should
be handled directly through our RMA department.
Defective or poor quality items.
When requesting RMA, please give your name, date of order and email
address. Also, specify nature of the problem.
Wrong items ordered.
In order to exchange cartridges ordered, they must be in sealed,
like new condition.
Specify: Name, Date of Order, e-mail address, items needed. You may
only exchange your cartridges for items of same or greater value.
Wrong cartridges shipped.
Please notify us of error immediately. We will ask you to ship back
items received. We will also credit/refund you for return shipping
cost up to $3.95.
Please specify: Name, Date of Order, e-mail address, items ordered,
nature of problem.
We are not responsible for lost items, so when requested to ship
back please use Priority Mail with Confirmation. If the error is on
our side we will credit/refund shipping costs.
