Use for hp - 51645A, HP - 51640A - HP 51640C, HP 51640M HP 51640YContent: 1 steel ball, 1 piece of leak proof
tape, 1 bradawl, 1 ink infusing pipe and 2 ink syringes with 20ml ink
Using steps:
1) Tear open the black spot at the bottom of the
cartridge (with a knife or any pointer tool) and see a steel ball. Press
the steel ball into the cartridge with the bradawl and reveal the filling hole;
see fig 1
2) Take out the syringe and substitute the
sealing cap with the ink infusing pipe see fig 2
3) Insert the syringe into the filling hole,
depress the plunger slowly until the syringe is empty (about 20 ml x2) and take
down the syringe afterwards see fig 3
4) Use the bradawl to plug in the ink-filling hole with another steel ball( do
not push too hard, or the steel ball will fall into the cartridge) Clean the
filling hole and the steel ball with tissue paper before sticking the leak-proof
tape on the ink-filling hole (see fig 4)
5) Clean the nozzle with tissue paper, reload the cartridge into the printer,
run the head cleaning until 2-3 times before printing test or nozzle test;
Repeat steps 1 to 5 to fill ink for a second time.
Notice:
Make sure that the ink in the cartridge has
already run out, although not completely, before refilling.
Printing results will be affected if the cartridge dries or is
damaged. If printing results do not become normal even after step 5 is
repeated for several times the print head is already damaged.
Make sure that ink does not leak when plugging the filling hole and
sticking leak proof tape in step 4.
* Note: Set of instructions
similar to one above will be included with your order.
